At the heart of our software ecosystem is Aereo Cloud, our geospatial intelligence platform that enables customers to visualize, analyze, and derive insights from large-scale drone data.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly curious and analytical Product Management Intern to work closely with our Product and Engineering teams building Aereo Cloud.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real customer problems, working with cross-functional teams, and transforming ideas into product experiences. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the complete product lifecycle, from understanding user needs and defining requirements to validating features and measuring product impact.

What You'll Do

Work with Product Managers to define and prioritize product requirements.

Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to identify product opportunities.

Translate business and customer requirements into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams throughout feature development.

Participate in product discovery activities, customer interviews, and usability testing.

Analyze product usage data and user feedback to recommend product improvements.

Support product launches, feature releases, documentation, and internal enablement.

Create wireframes, process flows, and functional documentation wherever required.

Help maintain the product backlog and assist in sprint planning and prioritization.

What We're Looking For

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Product Management, Mining Engineering, or a related field.

Mining Engineering students or graduates who are passionate about building technology products and looking to transition into Product Management are strongly encouraged to apply.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to think from a customer-first perspective and translate real-world problems into product solutions.

Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Business, and Customer-facing teams.

Good to Have

Understanding of SaaS products and the software development lifecycle.

Exposure to Product Management frameworks, Agile methodologies, or Scrum.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Notion, or similar collaboration platforms.

Basic understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, GIS, mapping technologies, or geospatial data.

Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor etc., to prototype, code, analyze, or build products efficiently and responsibly.

Understanding of mining operations, mine planning, surveying, or geospatial workflows is a strong advantage.

Experience with SQL, product analytics, or data analysis is a plus.
