Safety supervisor:
- Holds PDIS and ADIS certifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory requirements and client safety procedures.
- Implement project safety requirements as per applicable client requirements.
- Conduct HIRA, JSA for field activities and conduct safety induction and regular toolbox talks for field teams.
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices at site.
- Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain safety records and documentation required for project and client audits.
- Support incident / near-miss reporting and investigation.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and support client safety audits.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of field activities.
- Conduct site visits and monitor compliance with approved safety procedures.
- Coordinate with client/site safety representatives on safety-related requirements.
